Guidelines and Code of Conduct for Relationships with Clients and Collaborators

DJ Associates was a member of the Network of Independent Consultants for 4 years. We still follow a code of conduct which is based on theirs.

  1. To give independent advice and to use all reasonable endeavours to provide a high standard of competence, objectivity and integrity in all dealings with Clients, associates and partners.
  2. To agree with Clients in writing the terms of reference, objectives and fees for any assignment and to gain the Client's written agreement prior to making any subsequent changes thereto.
  3. Neither to make false claims regarding qualifications, knowledge and experience nor to make any other form of misrepresentation.
  4. Where applicable, to safeguard the confidentiality of all information concerning Clients, associates and/or other partners.
  5. Not to enter into any agreement nor carry out any act which could imply or result in liability on the part of our associates or partners, except in the case of associates or partners whose services may be retained via subcontract in which event the liability of such partners for such services shall be clearly set out in writing.
  6. To safeguard the reputation and interests of our associates and business partners at all times.
  7. To actively support the aims and objectives of our partnerships, to honour all agreements made with Clients and to promptly pay all fees due to partners and associates.
