course </a>- accredited by the Open College Network - as part of a joint
venture with our partners in further education and software systems.
We believe that group communications is ultimately going to be more
useful to most Internet users in business and learning than web publishing
and surfing. This module is the first of several which can give you
the skills to get the most from online communications.<br>
<br>
More recently elements of this course have been developed and used within
other training contexts, including our work for the Chartered Institute of
Personnel and Development.<br>
