Re-engineering
the Lifelong Learning Infrastructure: Learning Clusters and their
Potential Role in Regional Ufi Implementation The term "learning
clusters" refers to communities of learners who share similar
interests in learning, are able to learn from each others' experiences,
and who are influenced by each others' opinions about the positive
value of learning. DJA hosted and facilitated three email and web-based
forums for this project, for individual and business-based learners
